If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. All products sold are governed by the Sales of Goods Act of 1962 of Ghana.

Returns

You have up to 48hours of business working days to file a return complaint of an item purchased on this site from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return,

cards bought must be unused. We will crosscheck your card for it’s intended purpose to confirm your complaint.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we confirm your complain, we will notify you and provide a new checker card if necessary.

You will receive a refund or a new card depending on your preference within 24hours after your complaint is confirmed.
